South Western Railway has announced temporary changes to train operations in Karnataka from September 21 to October 13, 2026, in connection with ongoing engineering work at Tolahunse Yard associated with the Tumakuru–Davangere new broad-gauge line project.
The changes include cancellations, partial cancellations, changes to originating or terminating stations and route diversions. Services relevant to Belagavi passengers are among those affected on specified dates, including the Mysuru–Belagavi Express (20675/20676). Passengers travelling during the work period have been advised to check the latest train-specific schedule before starting their journey.
The changes are temporary and are linked to railway infrastructure work intended to support the ongoing broad-gauge expansion project.
